Amiga, I'm so glad you are here...
I’m Micaela, Certified Master Life Coach, published Author, single momma, founder of Fearless Mujer, and a Chicana who loves Jesus and her Cafecito!
Podcasting and building an empowerment brand for Latinas was never in my plans. But after a devastating time in my life, I felt inspired to share my stories with other women in 2020.
Little did I know God would use my mess to be a message, and my pain for a purpose. If you read my book; Dear Fearless Mujer, You Were Created for More - A journey to healing, letting go & finding purpose you would know the pain I endured speaking out about sexual abuse.
But ultimately that took me on a healing journey, one that God used to allow me to be a voice for others. Podcasting for me wasn’t just a platform, it truly was the outlet God used to heal my heart, help me find my voice, and my true identity as His daughter.
I learned through that season, that sometimes what is meant to destroy you becomes what prepares you to lead and empower those around you. It’s why I now look at setbacks as stepping stones to something much greater.
At the end of 2020 I started The Fearless Mujer Podcast.
I told a short story on my previous website;
“One night as I drove to therapy I began to pray and dig deep into this new inspiration. Right there in my Buick, The Fearless Mujer Podcast was born. Why did I choose the word fearless?
Because for so long I feared not being good enough. Life knocked me down so much that I feared never being the woman I was meant to be.
The word fearless is symbolic to me because as an Hija de Dios / God’s daughter, I know I was not called to live in fear.”
2 Timothy 1:7 says; “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
Hermosa Vida, a movement where we’re learning to live fearlessly and beautyfully no matter what life throws our way!
After 4 years and a season that left me heartbroken and disappointed I once again was inspired to start a new podcast that would not only empower women to stop shrinking their voice and minimizing their gifts, but would also empower them to live fearlessly and beautifully no matter what life throws their way. The truth is that your past will only define you if you let it.
Hermosa Vida is a movement, where we boldly and unapologetically amplify our voices , and uplift one another on the journey to living with confidence and grace!
To live an Hermosa Vida / Beautiful Life means that you no longer dim your light and where you start reclaiming the bold beautiful voice God gave you!
